| At Pendennis Castle you can see a Tudor Gun Deck in action and see how the Guardhouse was equipped during the 1st World War. Get hands on in the discovery centre or visit the interactive exhibition where you can experience the sights and sounds of battle. There is also a tea room. | Flambards has loads for kids. Childrens rides, an undercover play area, thrill rides for older children and parents. The Exhibition area contains a Victorian Village, Britain in Blitz, Aviaton and more. Also find Science experience and garden aviary. Rides closed winter season. Main season starts in early April. Flambards | Cardinham is a mixed woodland to walk in, dog walk or cycle. There is a choice of waymarked trails which will take you deeper into the woods to see viewpoints and discover a few historic facts. You could stop at the woodlands cafe on the way back. (Check its re-open after the flood) Cardinham Woods | There are a number of different seal pools to look in. A number of talks are given throughout the day where you can learn entertaining facts about them from their keepers. As well as many seals there are also otters, penguins sheep, ponies and goats.
